There's no rhyme nor reason for this issue - its not been knocked or anything and I had no problem last week when I changed one of the other colours (I always use Epson original inks). Ive not had it that long - been searching for the receipt this morning as it may even still be under warranty, but I cant find the receipt. The carriage comes to rest at the far right of the printer, then just will NOT move when I hold in the "stop" button to replace the ink. I tried switching it off and on again - the carriage moves no problem when starting up, going through its process as it does when you switch the printer on.
Hi, To replace the ink cartridge on my Epson XP-235, I have to hold the "stop" button in for 6 seconds for the carriage to move over.
